Status: post production. Editing and compositing are finished. We are working on 3d animations, sound design and preparing the release.

Plot: Three backpackers cross South America searching for one of the world´s most powerful drugs. The self-experiment turns into a race against insanity, in a world, where the mind transcends the senses.
An Open Source science fiction film that takes you to and beyond the edge of the world.

Free Culture

We will release „The Last Drug” under a Creative Commons by sa license, as we did with out first Open Source film „Route 66”. All footage, project files, sounds and special effects will be available for those of you that are eager to get hands on experience in Internet filmmaking. We don't ask for licensing fees and you are free to use it for commercial purposes. The only restrictions that we apply are that you have to attribute us as the source of your creation and that you use the same Creative Commons license, to ensure that this Free Culture attitude can spread.
